Varied working hours | 294. - (1) Where a Government office or any public officer requires a varied working hours, the officer responsible for such office or the public officer, as the case may be, shall first submit an application for such purpose to the State Secretary.
(2) The State Secretary may permit a Government office or any public officer in any particular department to vary the official working hours subject to such terms and conditions as he deems fit. |
