Travelling programme | 313. - (1) Heads of Departments who intend to travel on official duty within the State but outside their respective administrative divisions or to any component States of Malaysia shall notify the State Secretary of the dates on which they propose to depart and return.
(2) No Heads of Departments shall, without the approval of the State Secretary, leave their respective administrative divisions to take part in any meeting (official or otherwise) on matters which are outside their official duties. |
