Calculation for overtime pay 		306. - (1) The rates of times of overtime pay and the formula for determining the hourly rate of pay are as set out in Table II of the Eighteenth Schedule.

(2) The calculation for overtime pay shall be arrived at by multiplying the hourly rate of pay of the officer by the appropriate rate of pay as prescribed in Table II of the Eighteenth Schedule:

Provided that any claim exceeding seventy-five percent of the officer’s salary per month shall require the approval of the Head of Department.
