Officers not eligible for overtime pay | 308. Officers in the Top Management Group, the Management and Professional Group or officers in such services or departments as may be so declared by the State Secretary shall not be eligible for payment for overtime work: Provided that such officers may be granted commuted leave in accordance with General Order 148. |
