Identification documents | 280. - (1) An officer or a member of his family who wishes to seek treatment shall produce any identification document as in Form K of the Sixth Schedule or such other treatment as may be acceptable by the hospital authorities.
Sixth Schedule: (2) If an officer or a member of his family is admitted to a ward for treatment, he shall within twenty-four hours, excluding weekly holidays and public holidays, produce a Confirmation Letter and an undertaking by the officer as in Form L of the Sixth Schedule. Sixth Schedule: |
