Eligibility and ward charges for retired officers | 283. - (1) A retired officer or a member of his family is eligible for admission to a hospital ward of the same class to which he is eligible to be admitted prior to his retirement from the public service.
(2) If a retired officer or a member of his family is admitted to any Government hospital, he shall be exempted from payment of ward charges. |
