Medical and dental treatment for legal parents of officer | PART FIVE MISCELLANEOUS 285. - (1) All medical and dental facilities under this Chapter shall be extended to the legal parents of an officer, except facilities for- (a) medical and dental treatment outside Malaysia; (b) the supply of orthopaedic equipment and artificial limbs; and (c) the supply of dentures, inlays, crowns, bridges, and orthodontic appliances, artifical eye-balls, audio-hearing aids, spectacles and other equipment. (2) Where a legal parent of an officer receives treatment at Government hospital and admitted to a ward, he is eligible for treatment according to the eligibility of the officer and shall be charged the same ward charges as the officer himself. |
