Constitution and membership of Special Medical Board | 270. - (1) Upon the recommendation of any Government medical officer that an officer or a member of his family requires treatment that is not obtainable at any Government hospital in Malaysia, the State Director of Health or any officer authorised by him may constitute a Special Medical Board to consider such recommendation for purpose of treatment outside Malaysia in accordance with General Order 274.
(2) The Special Medical Board constituted under paragraph (1) shall consist of not less than two Government medical specialists in the related field. |
