Replacement and transfer of machines or equipments | 215. - (1) In the case of a machine or equipment being supplied to replace an existing machine or equipment, the latter shall be returned to MAMPU on receipt of the replacement under cover of a memorandum, copied to the State Financial Secretary.
(2) No machine or equipment shall be transferred from one office to another, whether or not in the same department or station, without the prior approval of the State Financial Secretary. |
