Annual returns (Long Service Medal) | 200. Heads of Departments shall submit annually to the State Secretary, not later than 31st March, a return of all candidates recommended for award of a Long Service Medal. Such return shall state-
(a) officer's name; (b) date of joining the service; (c) present appointment; (d) particulars and dates of service in other Divisions or departments; (e) that the Head of Department under whom the officer is employed is satisfied that his conduct and work under him has been uniformly good, that his service, as far as he is aware, has been unbroken or totals the aggregate required under General Order 60(1) and that he is in every way worthy to receive a medal; and (f) whether or not the officer is holding a post on the permanent establishment. |
