Annual returns relating to service ( retirement, etc.) | 199. - (1) Heads of Departments shall furnish annually to the State Secretary not later than 31st January a return, in duplicate, giving the name, the date of birth and of appointment of all officers on the establishment in their respective departments who will attain the age of fifty-four years during the course of the year in respect of which the return is submitted and to complete the pension papers for submission to the Pensions Branch as set out in the Fifteenth Schedule.
(2) The Heads of Departments shall cause to be prepared annually for official use a Staff List (including temporary and contract officers) in their respective departments embodying such items of information as the State Secretary may deem fit to include. |
