Transmission by post | 207. - (1) Official correspondence sent by post shall be properly recorded by the department and sent in envelopes marked with the words "Urusan Kerajaan" or the like.
(2) The registration fee shall be paid in respect of registered articles, postage, airmail fee and, if insured, insurance fee shall be noted in the record of the department. |
