Drugs
155. - (1) An officer shall not use or consume (except for medicinal purposes as may be prescribed by a medical practitioner registered under the Medical Act 1971) or abuse or be dependent on, dangerous drugs.

(2) The service of an officer who is certified by a Government medical officer as using, consuming (other than for medicinal purposes), abusing or as being addicted to, dangerous drugs in contravention of paragraph (1) may be terminated in the public interest under General Order 55.

(3) For the purpose of this General Order, "dangerous drugs" means any drugs or substances which are specified in the First Schedule of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
