Alteration of quarters is prohibited | 228. Officers are prohibited from making addition or alteration to any portion in or outside the quarters without the prior written approval of the Public Works Department. They shall be held responsible for any damage or deficiency to the building or furniture therein not caused by fair wear and tear. |
