Rent for quarters of a class higher or lower than what officer is entitled for | 238. - (1) An officer who has been given quarters of a class higher than that for which he is entitled, in the absence of vacant quarters in the class for which he is eligible, shall pay rent according to the rent for quarters of the class for which he is eligible.
(2) An officer who has been given quarters of a class lower than that for which he is entitled, in the absence of vacant quarters in the class for which he is eligible, shall pay rent according to the rent for the quarters of the class which has been allocated to him. |
