To report damage or deficiency during occupancy | 227. As soon as an officer moves into Government quarters provided to him, it shall be his responsibility to report the difference between the number of Government furniture or fittings in the house with the number of Government furniture or fittings in the Inventory Book prepared by the Public Works Department. Failure of the officer to report such fact may render him liable for all or part of the cost of the necessary repair or replacement. |
