Rent for officers sharing quarters | 243. - (1) When two or more officers are allowed to share quarters, they shall be required to share equally among themselves the amount of the rent to be paid for such quarters.
(2) In the event the amount of rent payable by officers sharing the quarters in paragraph (1) is more than the amount they are liable to pay if given separate quarters according to their eligibility, they shall only be required to pay rent that each of them is liable to pay according to their respective eligibility. |
