Officer to vacate quarters on completion of house built with housing loan | 242. - (1) Subject to the approval of the State Secretary, an officer who has been granted a housing loan under the Government Officers’ Building Loans Scheme and is still staying in Government quarters shall vacate the Government quarters on completion of the house built under such Scheme.
(2) An officer who fails to vacate such quarters as required under paragraph (1) shall be liable to pay the full economic rent, and may be liable to disciplinary action. |
