Inconsistency between these General Orders and existing Service Circulars | 333. Where there is any inconsistency between the provisions of these General Orders and any Service Circulars issued prior to the date of coming into force of these General Orders, relating to the same subject matter, the provisions of these General Orders shall prevail. |
