Revocation, saving and transitory provisions | CHAPTER X REVOCATION, SAVING AND TRANSITORY PROVISIONS 332.-(1) Subject to section 5(2) of the State Public Service (Conditions of Service) Ordinance, 1994, all General Orders issued prior to the coming into force of these General Orders are hereby revoked. Cap. 12. (2) All matters and proceedings still pending before the Commission prior to the date of commencement of these General Orders shall continue to be dealt with under the previous General Orders revoked under paragraph (1) as if such previous General Orders had not been revoked. (3) Nothing contained in these General Orders may in any manner whatsoever affect the validity and enforceability of any decision made on any matter under the previous General Orders, and such decision shall continue to have full force and effect notwithstanding anything which are inconsistent or contrary thereto in these General Orders. |
