Appointment of persons previously resigned, dismissed or terminated from public service | 9. Any person who has resigned or been boarded or dismissed from the public service or whose services has been terminated on whatever grounds, may not be re-appointed to any post in the public service, except under very special or exceptional circumstances and approved by the State Secretary. |
