Reversion to previous scheme of service on failure to be confirmed in service in the new scheme of service | 11.-(1) Where an officer who has been confirmed in service in a scheme of service is appointed to another post in another scheme of service but failed to get his confirmation in the service in that other scheme of service, he may be allowed by the Commission, after consultation with the State Secretary, to revert to his previous scheme of service if-
(a) there is a vacancy in such scheme of service; and (b) his failure to get confirmation is not due to unsatisfactory conduct. (2) An officer who has been so reverted pursuant to paragraph (1) shall be allowed to receive such appropriate salary in his former post at such point on the salary scale as if he had not been appointed to the new post. |
