Salary movement during half-pay leave or leave without pay | 40.-(1) An officer who is on half-pay leave or on leave without pay amounting to not more than one hundred and eighty days in one calendar year shall, subject to the appraisal report of the officer’s performance submitted by his Head of Department under General Order 36, be eligible for consideration of an annual salary movement.
(2) An officer who is on half-pay leave or on leave without pay for more than one hundred and eighty days in one calendar year shall not be eligible for an annual salary movement. |
