Salary movement of temporary officer | 42. A temporary officer who is appointed on a month-to-month basis for a continuous period of more than twelve months may, save where otherwise provided in the terms of his appointment, be considered for an annual salary movement in the same manner as that provided for confirmed officers under General Order 38, subject to the appraisal report of the officer's performance by the Head of Department under General Order 36. |
