Termination of service of officer not confirmed in service | PART FIVE TERMINATION OF SERVICE AND NOTICE OF RESIGNATION 51. The Government has the right to terminate the service of an officer not yet confirmed in the service when- (a) he is found concealing any information on his fitness in the medical examination form; (b) he is found making a false declaration in his statutory declaration as prescribed in General Order 18(2)(d); (c) he is found falsifying any document required in relation to his appointment; or (d) he failed in the security vetting required in relation to his appointment. |
