Management and Professional Group and Support Group | 22. Subject to the provisions of the relevant schemes of service-
(a) entry into the Management and Professional Group shall be open to candidates possessing approved management and professional qualifications and experience specified for the particular service; and (b) entry into the Support Group shall be open to candidates who have- (i) obtained a recognised academic or technical qualification; or (ii) completed an approved course of training in a specified field; or (iii) successfully passed an examination designed to test their practical experience and ability. |
