Annual salary movement in respect of officer who has been confirmed in service

38.

Unless otherwise provided in these General Orders, the annual salary movement of an officer who has been confirmed in service may, subject to the appraisal report of his performance submitted by the Head of Department under General Order 36, move horizontally, vertically or diagonally in the salary scale, or his salary movement may be static.
