Procedure on promotions | PART THREE PROMOTIONS 47.-(1) A special performance evaluation report shall be called for in cases where an officer is being recommended for promotion. (2) The procedure for promotion to a post in the public service is set out in the Public Service Commission Rules, 1996. (3) The decision of the Commission concerning promotion is conveyed by the State Secretary through the Head of Department to the officer concerned. |
