Annual salary movement based on report of performance

36.

No officer is entitled to an annual salary movement as of right. Whether or not an officer is eligible for an annual salary movement shall be based on the appraisal report of the officer’s performance during the year submitted by his Head of Department to, and approved by, the Salary Movement Evaluation Panel.
