Offer of appointment and letter of acceptance | 19.-(1) Every person selected for appointment into the public service by the Commission shall be furnished with a letter of offer of appointment by the State Secretary setting out the terms and conditions of the appointment.
(2) The acceptance by the person of the offer of appointment shall be deemed to constitute a contract between the person and the Government. |
