Vacation leave after a course or study exceeding twelve months | 147. Notwithstanding General Order 146, the State Secretary may approve unrecorded leave not exceeding four days to officers who had just completed a training course or study of twelve months duration or more, provided the officer has outstanding leave to his credit before he leaves for the training course or study. |
