(2) If an officer falls sick while on half-pay leave or leave without pay outside Malaysia, and as a result thereof he cannot return to Malaysia on the date he is due back, he may be granted sick leave after the expiry of the half-pay leave or leave without pay subject to the same conditions as set out in General Order 130(2).
