Limit of maternity leave | 135.-(1) The maternity leave facility is limited to five times during the whole duration of service of a woman officer.
(2) For the sixth and subsequent confinements, a woman officer may be granted vacation leave due to her, and if her vacation leave has been exhausted or is insufficient, she may also be granted leave without pay. |
