Maternity leave eligibility | 134.-(1) A woman officer is entitled to maternity leave in addition to sick leave for her confinement and recovery from confinement.
(2) The maternity leave under paragraph (1) may be granted for forty-two days from the date of giving birth. (3) Any leave exceeding forty-two days shall be deemed as sick leave under General Order 127. |
