Balance of vacation leave may be used after sick leave | 128.-(1) An officer who has used all his sick leave entitlement under General Order 127 and still certified unfit may be granted any vacation leave still due to him.
(2) An officer who has been granted all the sick leave under paragraph (1) and under General Order 127 may not be granted any more sick leave until he has been examined by a Medical Board called by the Head of Department. |
