Leave roster | 107.-(1) It is the duty of the Head of Department to ensure, as far as the exigencies of the service shall permit, that officers under his control avail themselves regularly of vacation leave for which they are eligible.
(2) For the purpose of paragraph (1), such Head of Department shall prepare annually a leave roster in respect of officers under his control. |
