Officer suffering from tuberculosis, leprosy, cancer or other sicknesses while on vacation leave outside Malaysia | 143.-(1) An officer who is certified by a medical officer registered in the country concerned to be suffering from tuberculosis, leprosy, cancer or other such sicknesses requiring a long recuperation period while on vacation leave outside Malaysia is eligible to be granted sick leave and leave as provided in General Orders 141 and 142.
(2) An officer mentioned in paragraph (1) while on half-pay leave or leave without pay shall not be eligible for leave as provided in General Order 141. |
