Vacation leave not having completed one year’s service | 114.-(1) When in any one calendar year, the qualifying service of an officer is less than the full year, the vacation leave for which the officer is eligible shall be proportionate to the length of that qualifying service only.
(2) Where the vacation leave entitlement of the officer calculated according to paragraph (1) is half a day or approximately a day, then it shall be counted as one day. |
