Officers about to retire may take all the vacation leave | 116. An officer who is about to retire may be allowed to take all the vacation leave for which he is eligible immediately before he retires so that the vacation leave ends on the last day of his service:
Provided that the total amount of vacation leave an officer may take shall not exceed the amount of vacation leave that he may accumulate for the period of service of twenty-four months prior to the date of his retirement, calculated retrospectively from the last day of his service. |
