Flight allowance | 93.-(1) An officer in the Land and Survey Department who is required to undertake “aerial survey” aboard an aircraft is eligible to claim for a flight allowance at the rate of RM50.00 per day regardless of the number of flights or hours of work performed that day, subject to a maximum of RM300.00 per month.
(2) The amount stipulated in paragraph (1) may be amended by the State Secretary from time to time. |
