Critical service incentive payment | 89.-(1) Subject to paragraph (2), an officer is eligible to receive a critical service incentive payment if the officer belongs to, or holds an office in an acting capacity in, the critical service designated by the Government.
(2) An officer is not eligible for a critical service incentive payment if- (a) the officer belongs to the Top Management Group; (b) the officer is covering duties for the Top Management Group; (c) the officer is absent from duty on leave or for any other cause whatsoever for more than twenty-eight days; and (d) the service is no longer designated as a critical service. (3) The rate of critical service incentive payment shall be such as may be prescribed from time to time by the Government. |
