Allowances for Administrative Assistant (Secretarial) 		80. Administrative Assistant (Secretarial) appointed under the Administrative Assistant (Secretarial) Scheme of Service and classified within Grades N9, N7 and N5 in the Fourth Schedule is eligible to be paid the following non-pensionable allowances:

(a) personal (special) assistant’s allowance;

(b) bilingual incentive allowance;

(c) supervisor's allowance,
