Conference honorarium | 84. An officer who is required to perform duties at the Secretariat of a National or International Conference or seminar held either within or outside his Headquarters, other than a Permanent Secretariat, or an officer who is assigned as a protocol officer for International Conference or is called upon to perform any special duties to assist the Secretariat for the National or International Conference is eligible to claim for honorarium at such rates and subject to such terms and conditions as set out in the Tenth Schedule.
