provided by the Government or by the Sponsor in the performance of his

official duties, either within or outside his station, he shall, subject to the

relevant provisions of the Treasury Instructions, Treasury Circulars and

these General Orders, be eligible to claim for the recovery of the actual

cost of transport in connection with his journey.
