Fixed allowances for Premier Staff, Premier Grade and Special Grade Posts | 90.-(1) Subject to paragraph (2), an officer in the Premier Staff, Premier Grade or Special Grade post or acting in such a post is eligible to receive a Premier Staff, Premier Grade or Special Grade Post Allowance.
(2) The holder of such a post who is absent from duty on leave or for any other cause for more than six months or is transferred to or doing duty in another post is not eligible to receive this Premier Staff, Premier Grade or Special Grade Post Allowance. (3) The rates of allowance for Premier Staff, Premier Grade and Special Grade posts shall be such as may be prescribed from time to time by the Government. |
