Entertainment allowance | 68.-(1) An officer who is permitted to incur expenses for holding official entertainment in a country outside Malaysia shall ensure-
(a) that the official entertainment provided is given in the interest of the Government; (b) that official entertainment such as banquet, etc., may be given when the delegation is headed by a Minister and the expenses are within such limit as may be determined by the State Secretary; and (c) that every expenses are supported with receipts. (2) No expenses in respect of private entertainment shall be charged to the Government. |
