Membership in recreational clubs | 99. An officer in the Top Management Group or the Management and Professional Group (including all serving temporary officers and contract officers in the same Group but subject to General Orders 31 and 32) is eligible to become a member of any one of the listed clubs approved by the State Secretary and the entrance fee of which shall be subsidised by the Government subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the State Secretary from time to time. |
